Marco Valerio Pugini is the Chief Executive of Panorama Films Srl, and its leading producer. Panorama is a Rome based production company specialized in fiscal and production services for international feature films and commercials. Pugini established Panorama Films in 1997, in partnership with Ute Leonhardt, folding together two of his former companies, Panorama Productions and Produzioni Corsare.

Considered one of the top companies in Italy, Panorama has provided production services for - among others - Judas for Paramount in Morocco, Avenging Angelo's Sicilian sequences (Sylvester Stallone), The Emperor's New Clothes for FilmFour, Midsummer Night's Dream for Fox, HBO's The Sopranos, Everybody Loves Raymond, Angels in America and My House in Umbria as well as The Lizzy McGuire Movie for Disney. Pugini initiated, and continues to work, as the on-set representative for Warner Brothers for their Italian features. Pugini is currently producing the large scale "Rome" for HBO e BBC.

In 1998, Pugini co-produced Katja's Adventure, a feature film for children. His independent production activities will continue; he has a number of Italian language features in development with Italian partners as well as English language ones with European, mostly UK, co-producers.

Pugini established Produzioni Corsare in 1996 with Alessandro D'Alatri, an award winning film director. Together they produced a number of significant, high quality projects: a documentary on child prostitution in Thailand for RAI UNO sponsored by UNICEF, a promotional presentation for film distributor Medusa and the computer generated film presentation for the 54^th Venice Film Festival. In addition they produced the filmed presentations for Rome's 2004 Olympic Bid for The Italian National Olympic Committee; four of their films were shown to the IOC in Lausanne. Produzioni Corsare developed and line produced the feature film I Giardini del'Eden (The Garden of Eden) which was also directed by D'Alatri.

Panorama Productions was created in 1989 and quickly became one of the most active production service companies in Italy. Panorama completed more than one hundred jobs including Jane Campion's The Portrait of a Lady and commercials for Kodak, China Airlines, Mitsubishi, Visa and Toyota; its productions originated from companies situated around the world. In 1995 Panorama started producing Italian commercials and in 1996 won the "Pubblicità e Successo" and the "Key Award" for its Uliveto water campaign.

Panorama evolved from Central Services which was established by Pugini in 1987. Central Services produced television advertising and provided production services for international commercials and feature films. In 1986 Pugini was the Executive in Charge of Production for FilmMaster, the biggest commercials company in Italy.

Marco Valerio Pugini has been involved in the world of cinema since 1981. He started his freelance career as a production assistant on The Monsignoris for 20th Century Fox and worked on over twenty international feature films including Martin Scorsese's The Last Temptation of Christ (unit manager), Jerry London's Rent A Cop (unit manager), Bruce Beresford's King David (location manager) and Richard Donner's Ladyhawke (3rd assistant director).
